1. Warranty Coverage

At EWO Caravans & Camping™, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer.

Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only where the product is found to be faulty or defective as a result of our manufacturing or material error.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

• The product was purchased directly from EWO Caravans & Camping™ 
• The product has been used as intended and in accordance with all provided care and operating instructions.
• Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is supplied.

3. What is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects or faults in materials.
• Issues that arise as a direct result of a manufacturing or assembly error.

4. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or impact.
• Normal wear and tear consistent with regular use.
• Damage due to exposure to the elements or improper storage.
• Products modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorised persons.
• Issues resulting from installation, handling, or operation not in line with our instructions.

5. How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim:

1. Contact our Customer Service Team at support@everwildoutdoors.com.au or complete the online form HERE
2. Include clear photographs or video evidence of the defect, if possible.
3. Our team will review your claim and advise if the product needs to be returned for inspection.

Please note: Freight or return shipping costs for inspection, replacement, or refund are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Resolution

Once a claim is assessed and confirmed as valid, EWO Caravans & Camping™ will offer one of the following resolutions:

• Repair of the defective product,
• Replacement with a new or equivalent product, or
• Refund of the purchase price, if repair or replacement is not practical.

The warranty period for repaired or replaced items will not extend beyond the original 18-month term.

7. Additional Information

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, unless transfer of sale is complete with EWO Caravans & Camping™ 

• This policy operates in addition to any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
