Pumicestone Passage Pirates Inc. is all about mateship, the outdoors, and living life on the water. Based around Pumicestone Passage — a quiet hidden gem often missed on the way to Bribie — they’ve turned their backyard paradise into a hub for adventure and community. For the founder, the creek is more than home — it’s where he runs parts of his outdoors-focused NDIS company, helping people with disabilities find peace and connection through nature. With a boat ramp and pontoon at his doorstep, every day brings fishing, prawning, and a dose of serenity. 

Their motto, “Better bait, better fish, better life,” sums it up. The Pirates use fishing, camping, and 4WD trips to raise funds for suicide prevention, proving that adventure can change lives. What makes their content stand out is its raw authenticity — real people, real stories, and real moments. From a father teaching his child to fish to a windy cast-net throw, it’s everyday life captured just as it happens — a true reflection of what EWO is all about: connection, community, and living wild.
